We had a picnic under the "vighb oak" out back and a bonfire after dark - it was a good day!
As I started playing this video my hubbie walks by and says, "That looks like Richie Havens from Woodstock".

Now there's a musician's musician. How come you never hear his music being played during the fireworks? Spectacular!
I do remember Woodstock.....
I have been walking in the evenings when it is cooler and staying inside during the heat of the day. I do pop out for a bird or butterfly photograph every now and again.
